Smoothie King Coming to Southside
The Southside Marketplace in Riverside/Locust Point continues its renaissance as they will welcome a new Smoothie King. It will be sandwiched between Subway and Hunan Empire at suite 851. The shopping center has welcomed Dollar Tree, Nova Care, Kumari, Starbucks and Chipotle in the last 12 months and is currently undergoing a great looking renovation of the McDonalds.
High-End Shopping Comes to Federal Hill
The Baltimore Business Journal is reporting that The Armoire has signed a lease at 735 S. Hanover St. at the former location of Chas Salon before they moved to The Ritz Carlton Residences. From the article:
A new high-end clothing shop, selling ritzy brands like Louis Vuitton and Gucci, is coming to Federal Hill.
The Armoire will bring high-profile brands to the South Baltimore neighborhood, said Robert Biancuzzo, the store’s owner. Biancuzzo, originally from Boston’s South End, said he has always wanted to open a luxurious clothing store and Federal Hill seemed like the perfect place to do it.
