On Thursday, April 17, 2014, a public safety forum was held for the Southern District of Baltimore City at the National Federation of the Blind in Riverside. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Commissioner Anthony W. Although 2013 ended with a homicide in Sharp-Leadenhall on December 31st, South Baltimore’s Sector 4 saw a significant decrease in crime in 2013. Sector 4 includes the neighborhoods of Otterbein, Sharp-Leadenhall, Federal Hill, Federal Hill South, SBNA, Riverside, Locust Point, Ridgely’s Delight, Stadium Area, and portions of Barre Circle.
