The same individual was also arrested on March 31st by Officer Borris Graham for the same crime occurring on the 1400 block of Riverside.
Both men are charged with numerous robbery and handgun related counts and will be charged with carjacking and two additional robberies in Washington DC.

The Southern District Public Safety Forum will take place on Thursday, April 17 at the National Federation of the Blind led by Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Commissioner Anthony W. Batts.
The Baltimore City Police Department Southern District, which includes the South Peninsula, Pigtown, SoWeBo, Cherry Hill, Curtis Bay, Morrell Park and areas around Middle Branch, has experienced a 17% decrease in crime this year through March 15, 2014 compared to the beginning of last year through March 15, 2013.
The Southern District Explorers program is raising money for a summer trip to the 2014 National Law Enforcement Exploring Conference in Bloomington, Indiana. Through the Explorers program, youth are partnered with police officers who serve as mentors and teach them about good citizenship, community involvement, and leadership skills.
