What separates The Enclave of Federal Hill from other residential developments in Baltimore?

The Enclave of Federal Hill is different from other new residential developments because it offers variety, it’s not a “one size fits all.” Ten of the townhomes offer a basement.  The basement can have multiple purposes, including a bed/bath, more storage or a play room for the kids. There are also 3 models to choose from, each vary slightly in floor plans, and offer different square footage.

Are all 13 townhomes the same exterior as well as interior?

The townhomes all have the same exterior of brick. The interior of the homes all possess the same quality, with 4 finished levels, hardwood floors throughout common and main living areas, granite countertops and oak stair cases to each level. All of the townhomes have the option for a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Yes, the townhomes all include off street parking with a 2 car garage, in which we found to be essential while living in the city.

Who is the builder?

The builder is Hawkeye Construction Company. When we decided to embark on this journey we knew that we wanted to work with a local, reputable builder. We didn’t want to hire a corporation out of state who was only looking to build.  We wanted to work with a team who knows the area, who has done quality work, and someone who believes in the great city of Baltimore. Hawkeye Construction Company and the Developers will be there for the buyer through-out the process and well after the community is built.

Is there any privacy when living in The Enclave development?

There is definitely a sense of privacy, while being in a gated community, you have the luxury of feeling as if you are in a cul-de-sac environment. We feel this offers a pride of ownership to the community in a sense, they have their own street, Enclave Court!

What is the estimated completion date?

Progress has been coming along great! It’s exciting to see the project being built from the ground up. The Estimated completion date is July / August of 2015.

We have also taken it upon ourselves to team up with CSX as they own the property across Race Street, which is adjacent to The Enclave of Federal Hill. Improvements have been approved and are scheduled to landscape along the roadway as well as improve signage within the W.
